Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Juniper Boutique jewellery! But if something isn't quite right, here is how we handle returns:
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 working days from receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. special sizes or initials) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Note, all sales are final.
- To start a return, please email us at info@juniperboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service - we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Refunds
- If any items do arrive damaged you will have 7 working days from receiving your order to report the issue to info@juniperboutique.co.uk
- To qualify for a damaged item exchange you must send photo or video proof to info@juniperboutique.co.uk
- No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
- For all exchanges please allow 5-10 business days to process
- Juniper Boutique is not responsible for any accidental/unapproved orders that you place.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customer.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds in such cases.
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Handmade & Unique
Please note that all of our bracelets are handmade and the arrangement of beads or charms may slightly vary from the product photos.
We always do our best to recreate each design as closely as possible, but small variations will occur - this is what makes every piece special and one of a kind.
ALL our bracelets are handmade with care. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding and support.
